Ingredients:
- 2 cups of long-grain rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 can of coconut milk (13.5 oz)
- 2 pandan leaves, tied in a knot (optional)
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 1 cup of peanuts, roasted
- 1 cup of dried anchovies, fried
- Sambal chili (A MUST)
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice in water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
